Editie 2008 van de VLIZ Jongerencontactdag trok 192 deelnemers uit 52 verschillende onderzoeksteams. Alle disciplines waren vertegenwoordigd uit het mariene, estuariene en kustonderzoek. Het werd een bruisende dag om je te laten informeren over het reilen en zeilen van het nieuwste Vlaamse mariene onderzoek.
