From the E40 or E403 motorways, take the exit signposted Brugge (Bruges). Then follow the N351 regional road to the R30 ring road, from where you can reach various public car parks (see below). Provinciaal Hof is located on the Market Square in the historical centre of Bruges.
Within walking distance of the centre, there are several peripheral car parks where you can park free of charge. Parking in the inner city is cheapest in ‘Parking Centrum Station’. On presentation of a car park ticket, the driver and three passengers can freely make use of the bus to go to and return from the city centre. To reach this car park, enter Bruges via the R30 ring road (Buiten Begijnvest). Other nearby underground car parks in the centre of Bruges are Centrum Zand, Zilverpand, Biekorf and Pandreitje (payable).
