Description:
    The overall title of this conference is “Herring: Linking biology, ecology and population status in the context of changing environments”. The conference aims to draw together scientific disciplines including biology, ecology, oceanography, population dynamics and economics to achieve a synthesis enabling the management of herring populations in the 21st Century. The conference builds on other initiatives that have taken place in Europe and America in recent years.
