Zooplankton monitoring in the Trieste harbour, North Adriatic Sea (Port Authority), in March 2015. more

Samples taken with a Vertical net (WP2) were fixed with Ca(HCO3)2-buffered formaldehyde (2-4% final concentration) for determination of species abundance and composition. Individuals were sorted and counted under binocular microscope.
