| Abstract |
This study is made in order of the Ministry of the Flemish Community, Department Environment and Infrastructure, Administration Environmental-, Nature-, Land- and Water Policy, Section Europe and Environment. The study contains an examination of the environmental regulation in its widest sense and all environmental relevant policy aspects in order to identify and comment possible inconsistencies and other problems with the draft MAI.
