Abstract
Three species of Cephalopoda: Sepiola steenstrupiana Levy, 1912, Rondeletiola minor (Naef, 1912) and Sepietta obscura Naef, 1916, are recorded for the first time from the Levant Basin, eastern Mediterranean. Notes on the distribution of three species are given. The diversity and composition of the cephalopod fauna of the Levat Basin are compared to those of other parts of the Mediterranean.
