Abstract
Life cycle of Arctic Cod is considered on the base of materials collected during the fisheries of the cod in the Amur Bay. While analysing the daily linear and weight growth of the cod, there is shown that Arctic Cod life cycle is subdivided into several periods. Arctic cod of the Amur Bay is established to have the linear growth in all the year round, more intensive in the second half, and deceleration to the late October, that corresponds to the period of the next year ring formation at otolithes.
