Abstract
Species structure of ichthyoplankton of the bays is formed by three ecological groups of fish: 1 euryhaline, 2 anadromous, semianadromous, and 3 marine. This difference appears in strategy of spawn and subsequently in distribution of eggs and larvae. Number of species of each group in particular bay depends on features of hydrological regime. The most considerable changes of number of eggs and larvae were marked for sea pelagophil species, for which the coastal shallow water was a zone of ecological risk. Dynamics of species variety and ichthyoplankton density during a year in the coastal zone of Peter the Great Bay has bright-expressed seasonal character. Maximal quantity of species in ichthyoplankton was marked in April and May.
