| Abstract |
Waters of the north-western Japan Sea, especially off Primorye coast, are the region of sporadic (for some species-prolonged) inhabitance and spawning of subtropical fishes. Among mass species there are Pacific sardine, Japanese anchovy, Pacific mackerel. Usual species in Primorye are spotted sardine, houndfish, immatured haarder. Other species come here rarely: snake fish, Japanese horse mackerel, black scraper, Japanese halfbeak, bastard halibut. Tropical species come here accidentally with the streams of warm currents: there are spadefish, Atlantic tripletail. The most intensive spreading of warm-red species was observed in 20-30 and 70-80-ies years of the 20th Century. The list of these fishes including more than 50 species classified to 10 orders and 35 families is presented. |
