Abstract
The increasing of salmon hatcheries' efficiency is possible through the exact annual planning of the technological process. Here is proposed the new method of eggs incubation period calculation and keeping of chum and pink salmon fry. This method let us to increase accuracy of the calculations compared to degree-days method which is currently in use at hatcheries. Equations for calculation of salmon oxygen requirements and water consumption in dependence on salmon age and total biomass are presented. The complex of these equations is the algorithm of chum and pink salmon hatchery reproduction technological process management.
