Abstract
The taxonomy of Wilsonematinae Chitwood, 1951 is reviewed and revised to include emended descriptions of the subfamily and the genera Wilsonema Cobb, 1913 and Tylocephalus Crossman, 1933 with their respective nominal species listed. Ereptonema n, gen. is established to accommodate species with rudimentary flabella; E. fimbriatam n. sp. is described and illustrated. The male of Wilsonema otophnrum (de Man, 1880) Cobb, 1913 is described and illustrated for the first time. A key is provided to the genera of Wilsonematinae
