Abstract
Three species of the family Pycnogonidae were found in the sublittoral zone at the Kuril and Commander Islands: Pycnogonum ungellatum Loman, P. buticulosum Hedgpeth, and P. repentinum sp. n. The new species differ front related species of the genus Pycnogonum from the northern Pacific by two rounded knobs: on the probosis and on the middle part of the first trunc segment. A key to identifying males of the Pycnogonum (Pycnogonum) group from the northwestern Pacific Ocean is given.
