Abstract
    49 species of Polychaetous Annelids have been found by 48 dredgings and trawlings around Madagascar, which 33 were at bathyal levels, from 200 to 1 550 meters. Two species are new for Science : Eunice insolita and Pseudoninoe tulearensis. A diagnosis is given. In the third part, we have the list of the 49 species, with stations and some notes.
