Abstract
    The discovery of some two hundred and one teeth and of a lot of poorly scattered gill rakers referable to a single specimen of Cetorhinus drive us to express a lot of reflexions concerning affinities of genus Cetorhinus and the systematic of the Isuroidei and the Galeoidei.
