Abstract
A study has already been made of certain aspects of the ultra-structure of the redia and cercaria of Parorchis acanthus (Rees, 1966, 1967). It was thought, however, that a more comprehensive picture of the surface of the redia and cercaria would result from an examination with the scanning electron-microscope. The results of this examination necessitated a further study of some relevant details using transmission electron-microscopy.
