Abstract
    Monitoring has been developed by Antarctic Programmes such as Antarctic New Zealand (www.antarcticanz.govt.nz) and the US Antarctic Programme (USAP) (http://www.usap.gov) considering expansion of human activities and inevitable environmental impacts.
