Abstract
    There are two species of freshwater eel in Korea (Kim et al. 2005): the Japanese eel (Anguilla japonica) and the giant mottled eel (Anguilla marmorata). Their general distribution is compared with sea surface temperature during the glass-eel migration in Fig. 7.1 (left).
