Abstract
    There are 20 species of sardine wordlwide, but Die Europäische Sardine focuses on the European Sardine, which inhabits the Mediterranean Sea and parts of the Atlantic. Different fishing methods and processing techniques are examined in detail, as well as the latest technological inventions that will be used when catching the fish.
