Abstract
This article deals with the characteristics of the suctorian Limnoricus ponticus Dovgal & Lozowskiy, 2008 that was observed for the first time on Kinorhyncha as a host and in a new locality (the Indian Ocean). In addition to the refined diagnosis of the genus Limnoricus Jankowski, 1981 , all other species characteristics and identification keys are also presented.
