Abstract
Two new Nassariidae, Nassarius absconditus n. sp. and N. rainbowae n. sp. are described from Philippines. Both species have a paucispiral protoconch and closely resemble the forms grouped by Cernohorsky (1984) under N. livescens (Philippi, 1849).
