Abstract
The results of a statistical analysis of the variability of certain diagnostic characteristics of 4 populations of mysids of underground water, Spelaeomysis bottazzii Caroli, are presented. The morphology of the telson and the apical spines are stable and constant characteristics of the species. This was demonstrated by examining various specimens. Illustrations which relate to the regression analysis of several characteristics examined are included.
