Abstract
This work describes the expression of IGF-I, IGF-II and IGF-1R mRNAs in gonads of the gilthead seabream, Sparus aurata, at different developmental stages. In addition, the cellular localization of IGF-I and two types of IGF-1R proteins was determined in testes and ovaries of Sparus aurata.
