Abstract
Studies have investigated the reproductive responses of fish to pulp mill effluent exposure at Jackfish Bay, Lake Superior from 1988 to 1999. While there has been considerable improvement in fish performance, recent data have shown that some reproductive responses still exist, almost 10 years after the installation of secondary treatment, and 6 years after changes in pulping processes
