The genus Leptolaimoides gen.n. is established for Leptolaimidae forms that differ from Leptolaimus by very elongated amphids; 2 spp; Leptolaimoides thermastris (Lorenzen, 1966) nom.n., without preanal supplements and L. tubulosus sp.n. which has tubular supplements are described and a key to the spp of Leptolaimoides given.
