Abstract
Five new spp (plus 2 uncertain ones) of the gen Urodasys are described from the coasts of Florida, North Carolina, Bermuda and the Mediterranean. The new spp differ from the previously known spp by the possession of a cuticularized stylet and an unpaired testis. Diagnoses as well as a key to all the known spp of Urodasys are given. A new interpretation of the genital organs is suggested.
