Abstract
    Among eyestalkless Eriocheir, there is a positive correlation between the rate of growth and the number of days between withdrawal of eyestalks and moulting. This correlation is true on a whole intermoult. It appears also, but to a lesser degree, among eyestalkless Carcinus.
