Abstract
    Owing to the production of interspecific hybrids between the species of Sphaeroma : S. monodi , S. rugicauda and S. hookeri, the behaviour of specific esterasic isoenzymes have been specified. In whatever direction the crossing have been made, all the hybrids rugicauda-hookeri show an esterasic equipment identical with that of the parent species. In the same way in whatever direction the crossing may have been made, all the hybrids monodi-rugicauda and monodi-hookeri show the same esterasic equipment which is distinguished by the disappearance of an isoenzyme specific of S. monodi and the appearance of a new isoenzyme.
