Abstract
About 7,000 Polychaeta Sedentaria are being analysed from the halassa survey 1973. Two of the species are new for the science and a diagnosis of each is given: Scoloplos (Leodamas ) thalassae and Fauveliopsis cabiochi. Several species had never (or nearly never) been listed in this area. The author explains and proves, with numbers and observations, the interest necessary to look at the sill-fauna if a serious knowledge of it and the ecology for similar areas is to be acquired.
