Abstract
    Finding of some uncommon cephalopods, Ancistroteuthis lichtensteinii, Histoteuthis bonnellii, Histioteuthis reversa and the first record of Chiroteuthis veranyi in the Ionian Sea are reported here. Data were collected during a trawl survey carried out on red shrimp grounds during August 1993.
