Abstract
The 'State of the Coast of the southern North Sea' is a first evaluation in terms of sustainable development in coastal zones. Under the authority of the SAIL partnerschip, VLIZ developed a common approach to calculate and present results of 27 sustainability indicators for coastal zones in 4 different countries around the southern North Sea.
