Proceedings of the oral (both plenary sessions and thematic workshops) and poster contributions will be published in book form as 'VLIZ SPECIAL PUBLICATION No. 19' and distributed to the participants at the start of the conference. Each paper submitted will be rigorously reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Contributions of the oral presentations (both plenary sessions and thematic workshops) are expected to be between five and ten pages. Contributions of the poster presentations should not exceed two pages.
To allow the
timely publication of these proceedings,
presenters are kindly urged to mail their paper to de2005@vliz.be
by 30 September 2004 at the very latest. To
ensure uniformity, the guidelines stipulated in the template should be followed.
