Oral and poster information

Oral presentation

Each oral presentation, except for key-note speakers, will be strictly limited to 15 minutes and 5 minutes for discussion. All oral presentations should be delivered at the registration desk, a day before the lecture at latest. The computer platform running PowerPoint software is PC compatible only. Please make sure that your presentation is visible from the back of the conference hall!

Poster presentation

Exhibitors are responsible for mounting posters and removing them. Posters will be up for the entire length of the symposium. Materials for poster mounting will be provided by the poster secretary. Authors should comply with the following guidelines when preparing posters: maximum size should not to exceed 90 cm in width and 130 cm in height. Title, authors' names and affiliation should be included at the top of the poster. Lettering should be legible from a distance of 1m, so we advice a font size of 40 for at least the most important parts of your posters.
