By plane
The two nearest airports to the venue of the conference are:
Public Transportation
(OST)
Continue your trip upon arrival at Ostend International Airport by bus. Near the entrance of the airport bus services by “De Lijn” (for more information or tickets please visit: http://www.delijn.be/en/index.htm ) will transport you to the centre of Ostend, ask directions for either “Monacoplein” or “Marie-José plein” which are both at walking distance from the venue. At the airport entrance taxi’s should be available as well.

Continue your trip upon arrival at Brussels International Airport by train (NMBS: national railway services, for more information or tickets please visit: http://www.b-rail.be/). The railway station is underneath the airport building and is easy accessible. Take the train from “Brussel-Nat-Luchthaven” to “Oostende”. Upon arrival at the Ostend Railway station you are at walking distance from the venue (10-15 minutes). Follow the “Leopold III-laan” alongside the harbor until you reach a roundabout. Take the first exit on the roundabout on to the “Leopold II-laan”. At the end of this road you will reach the “Casino-Kursaal”.
By car
Directions from Calais: Follow the E40 till Jabbeke and switch there to Oostende. At Oostende exit the E40 onto the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto the “Verenigde-Natieslaan” (N340). Follow this road until you reach the first roundabout. Take the third exit onto the “Leopold II-laan” and follow it until the end where you will reach the venue.
Directions from Brussels: Drive onto the E40 which connects Brussels directly with Ostend. At Oostende exit the E40 onto the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto the “Verenigde-Natieslaan” (N340). Follow this road until you reach the first roundabout. Take the third exit onto the “Leopold II-laan” and follow it until the end where you will reach the venue.
Directions from Antwerp: Follow the E17 till Ghent (Gent) and then make the switch onto the E40 for Ostend (Oostende). At Oostende exit the E40 onto the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto the “Verenigde-Natieslaan” (N340). Follow this road until you reach the first roundabout. Take the third exit onto the “Leopold II-laan” and follow it until the end where you will reach the venue.
