Registration fees

The registration fee is 125 Euros, excursion is not included.

Registration fees include:

• admission to the conference and poster session
• simultaneous translations (Dutch/English; Dutch/French and English/French)
• conference documents - book of abstracts
• two lunches
• coffee/tea served during breaks

Cancellation and refunding

Full refunds will be made on written requests received prior to 15 August 2006. After this date refunds will not be possible. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Only cancellations received in writing received at the conference secretariat will be considered.
