Issues related to governmental administration of sea uses according to Polish legislation in areas of full sovereignty, i.e. Polish internal waters and territorial sea, harbors, ports, marinas and wharfs, land in direct shoreline proximity (so called technical strip); and in areas of limited sovereignty, i.e. Polish exclusive economic zone.
