Organochlorine pesticides are Pesticides made out of organochlorine compounds They are, chemically produced, bioaccumulative pesticides which include DDT, dieldrin, heptachlor and chlordane. Many organochlorine pesticides are extremely persistent in the environment and in people's bodies.
