Abstract |
Climate change and its impacts are visibly apparent in the world around us — seen in events ranging from the subtle (for example, springtime phenology) to the extreme (such as hurricanes and fire). Now, increasingly, evidence suggests that climate change can also alter the oral and the aural, with a growing body of research supporting effects on the way animals vocalize, the way they can be heard and even the way they hear. |
