Abstract
Ten species of Pycnogonida (plus two unidentifiyable species) have been recognized in samples taken in depths of 3550-5040m in the Walvis or Cape Basin, Southern Atlantic. Three of these species are new to science: Nymphon walvisense, Pantopipetta lata, and P. angusta.
