The Atlas of Cephalopod distribution in the Southern Ocean was compiled as part of a project undertaken at the British Antarctic Survey (BAS) which resulted in an atlas of Cephalopod distribution in the Southern Ocean. Data were taken from various publications as well as unpublished data held at BAS. These data were subsequently made available as part of a data rescue project funded by EUR-OCEANS.
