Taxonomic remark Arabella iricolor, representing the valid name of the senior name currently in the genus, first named as Nereis iricolor Montagu, 1804, CANNOT be the type species of Arabella, contrary to Darbyshire & Kara (2024) as Grube gives no mention of Nereis iricolor.
