The data on long-term changes of infestation the grayling fishes Thymallus baicalensis from the Chivyrkui Bay of Lake Baikal (1976–2010) and Th. nigrescens from the Khankh Bay of Lake Khovsgol (1971–1973, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1990, 2011) with the parasitic copepod Salmincola thymalli are presented. The infestation of grayling fishes with the parasitic copepod S. thymalli and epizootic situation on crustaceosis in the studied lakes in long-term dynamic is relatively stable.
