AB  - This paper is the sixth in a series on the polychaetous annelids collected during the "I Expedición Cubano-Española" off the coast of Cuba. Methods and the list of the sampling stations and the numeration of samples were given in the first paper. This contribution includes 15 species of Sabellidae; 11 new to the Cuban fauna: <i>Anamobaea oerstedi</i> Kröyer, 1856; <i>Megalomma heterops</i> Perkins, 1984; <i>Notaulax occidentalis</i> (Baird, 1856); <i>Notaulax nudicollis</i> (Kröyer, 1856); <i>Perkinsiana rubra</i> (Langerhans, 1880); <i>Demonax microphthalmus</i> (Verrill, 1873); <i>Chone americana</i> Day, 1974; <i>Oriopsis</i> cf. <i>hynensis</i> Knight-Jones, 1983; and <i>Oriopsis eimeri persinosa</i> Ben-Eliahu, 1975. The species <i>Perkinisiana rubra</i>, <i>Oriopsis</i> cf. <i>hynensis</i>, and <i>Oriopsis eimeri persinosa</i> are new to the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico area. The specimens belonging to the species <i>Anamobaea oerstedi</i>, <i>Notaulax</i> sp., <i>Demonax</i> sp., <i>Oriopsis</i> cf. <i>hynensis</i>, and <i>Oriopsis eimeri persinosa</i> are described and ilIustrated
