IKUWA 8 is just around the corner, and we are now accepting proposals for IKUWA 9!
Are you and your institution interested in hosting the next IKUWA meeting? If so, send in your proposal with the following information: your name, your affiliated/supporting institution(s), the proposed location and potential sponsors.
IKUWA 9 will preferably be held in 2029, as this year marks the 30th anniversary of the founding of IKUWA, a significant milestone for this great initiative.
Send your proposal (or any questions you have) to both the Chair and Vice Chair of IKUWA:

The Steering Committee will contact you to discuss your proposal.
The decision will be made during IKUWA 8. The location of IKUWA 9 will be announced at the closing ceremony on Friday afternoon. You will be given the opportunity to present a short pitch.
So if you are keen and have a vision to host IKUWA 9, don’t wait! Submit your proposal before the start of IKUWA 8 (by Sunday 12th October 2025).
