  • Definition : Percentage of the resident population younger than 20 to the population older than 60, by municipality (district, sub-region), in any given year.
  • Calculation : Number of people in age class 0-20 divided by number of people in age class +60, multiplied by 100. The breaking point is set at the average value for the SAIL sub-regions (134%)
