  • Definition : Number of local products protected by regional quality labels that refer to local/regional tradition and history and /or the use of local materials and know-how, in the SAIL sub-regions.
  • Calculation : The sum of the local products protected by a regional or national quality label, with an indicatrion of their coastal origin or relation
