Bruges City Tour & Boat Trip

- Where: city guides will pick you up at Grand Hotel Casselbergh
- Practical information: Please look at your badge to see which group you belong to. Partners are requested to be in the hotel lobby at 15:15.
Brewery Visit & Conference Dinner
- When: Thursday 19 October, 19:00-23:00
- Where: Halve Maan City Brewery
- Practical information: Casual dresscode. Please bring the voucher you received upon registration.
RV Visit
- When: Friday 20 October, 9:00-13:30
- Where: We meet at the lobby of Grand Hotel Casselbergh by 9:00, from where we take a short walk to the Bargeplein (1.7 km, buses are not allowed in the city centre).
- Practical information: A 30-minute bus ride takes us to the Marine Base at the Zeebrugge Harbour. We visit RV Belgica & RV Simon Stevin. After a sandwich lunch, the bus takes us back to the Bargeplein by 13:30.
Social Programme
- When: Friday 20 October, 13:30-17:30
- Where: We meet at the Bargeplein at 13:30. If you didn't participate in the RV Visit, please come over there independently.
- Practical information: A 30-minute bus ride takes us to the town of Koekelare, where we spend the afternoon with a game of boltra (flat bowls alley), shrimp peeling, local beers and horse-drawn carriage rides. Please bring the drink tickets you were given at registration. Extra drinks can be bought on site (cash payment online). At 17:00, the bus leaves for Bruges. Arrival at the Bargeplan around 17:30.
