Project databases
Metadatabase of project activities:
This database contains data on cruises, samples, datasets, publications, etc. It is a database that will be freely accessible to the public (access not restricted to project partners) and it will allow for information and data transfer to global repositories (e.g. CSR for ICES, metadata for IODE/GCMD and specific toxicological international databases). Access the database.
Database of 'supporting data':
This database contains environmental variables measured during (joint) sampling campaigns and monitoring cruises of partners (meteorology: temperature, precipitation, humidity, wind direction & speed; oceanography: temperature, salinity, turbidity, depth, tidal height, wave climate,…). This database will also be available to the public.
Integrated project database:
This will be the central ENDIS-RISKS database integrating the data collected by the different project partners. The partners are responsible for indicating which part of the database, or with which level of abstraction/data reduction, these data are made available to the public (and at what time).
SPSD-I databases
ED-North: Antrophogenic endocrine disruptors.
This is a database containing the data that where gathered during the SPSD-I research project 'Evaluation of possible impacts of endocrine disruptors on the North Sea ecosystem'. It is a MS Access relational database that contains 423 references, 765 chemicals and 2355 test cases. A more detailed description on the structure and contents of the database is given in the about screen. To query the database go directly to the search form.

ECOTOX
This is a database with properties and risk and safety phrases of poisonous chemicals transported over the North Sea, and ecotoxicology tests on these chemicals. This database was made in the frame of the project 'Definition and application of ecological criteria and economic indicators for the impact study and cost determination of various types of pollution in the North Sea'of the Programme "Marine Sciences" of the Belgian Federal Science Policy Office.
