Abstract
    De hemoglobine van Daphnia sp. wordt geïsoleerd en onderzocht op de zuurstofbindende eigenschappen in vitro. Hieruit blijkt dat de affiniteit voor zuurstof afhankelijk is van temperatuur en pH. Er wordt geen effect gevonden van de NaCl en ATP concentratie. Er is geen coöperatief effekt gevonden (Hill coëfficient kleiner dan 1).
