Abstract
    Deze brochure is een geactualiseerde versie van de in 1999 verspreide gelijknamige folder. Met deze publicatie willen wij u informeren over welke stoffen opgenomen zijn in de belangrijkste wetgeving en initiatieven met betrekking tot milieugevaarlijke stoffen in de compartimenten lucht en water. De tabel is onderverdeeld in vijf grote luiken : stofidentificatie, risico's, internationale verdragen, beleid en rapportering. Elke stof waarvoor er een basismilieukwaliteitsnorm opgenomen is in Vlarem II, of waarvoor een achtergrondwaarde in het VLAREBO is opgenomen, wordt in de tabel aangeduid. Er wordt ook aangegeven voor welke stoffen via het emissiejaarverslag een meldingsplicht geldt.
