Abstract
    De inventarisplicht vloeit voort uit artikel 5 van de richtlijn Prioritaire stoffen (2008/105/EG). Deze geeft aan dat er voor elk stroomgebieddistrict een inventaris opgemaakt moet worden van de emissies, lozingen en verliezen van alle prioritaire stoffen en ook voor de 8 stoffen waarvoor reeds in uitvoering van de Richtlijn 76/464/EG dochterrichtlijnen werden opgemaakt.
